Graffiti

Graffitti is Smart O&M’s source of knowledge regarding libraries. It aims to centralize and document the different libraries to ease contract implementation. Graffitti libraries can bring a lot of value to all customers by enabling the:​

  • Standardization of implementations and monitoring of assets based on the tagging system and rules defined​​​
  • Benchmark of installations and buildings thanks to standard model​​
  • Cost reductions for implementations due to shorter implementation time​
  • Knowledge capture and valorization within a BU and cross Bus by sharing the libraries with all BU and allowing them to adjust the models to their local needs​​

Assets

  • All information related to an asset can be logged into Smart O&M to centralize them. Users can therefore access their equipment and get relevant information directly trough a digital twin.​
  • Smart O&M allows you to monitor any type of assets optimizing the lifecycle management and condition over time.​
  • ​Based on this monitoring, Smart alerts can be sent to dedicated contacts to enable condition based-maintenance.
  • Digitalization of sites to enable 2D & 3D navigation improving asset analysis and remote discovery.​

Energy

  • The production & consumption of meters can be logged into Smart O&M to follow-up their value over time and compare them to the past year or to a baseline.​
  • Smart O&M allows you to monitor any type of meters (gas, water, electricity…) to capture in detail the energy flows either production or consumption meters.
  • ​Smart alerts can be sent to the energy managers to inform on daily targets or deviations​.
  • Consumption and production are also converted into $ and CO2 emission to produce reports on economics & sustainability.​

Spaces

  • All your physical spaces can be digitalized in Smart O&M to replicate your sites & buildings in the solution.​
  • Smart O&M enables the real time monitoring of the comfort conditions in spaces where users are. A space is then defined and monitored by its temperature, humidity, CO2, light level, noise level and indoor pollution.​​
  • ​As everything is related to the use of the building, you can also monitor the occupancy of spaces to ensure they are used in the optimal capacity.​
  • Comfort & occupancy monitoring synthesis are displayed in dashboards to provide an aggregated overview of the spaces.​
